created web interface for octopus-psd and octopus-ai. TODO:

merge this first before merging feature/esm-cjs-support into main
publish octopus-ai and octopus-psd right before this PR is merged
Nikita to check package.json in octopus-ai
move utils/fs-path from octopus-psd, octopus-ai and octopus-xd after Honza merges https://github.com/opendesigndev/octopus/pull/52
