Align Tailor deployment drifts for D, P environments #1052

Describe the bug The tailor deploy mechanism needs to correctly report drifts in both Dev and Prod.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make sure you have at least one repository that deploys using Tailor.
  2. The information configured for this component has to be in an order that Openshift dislikes.

Expected behavior The drift detection mechanism needs to work as expected.
