This is a pure docs update, it appears that in the past these did not make it into the changelog, so I assume this PR might be enough.?

Cool! Tests fail though, see https://github.com/opendevstack/ods-pipeline/actions/runs/3601574470/jobs/6067599219. You'll need to run make docs to generate the corresponding .adoc file.
