When I provision a release manager component, the created repo contains this readme: https://github.com/opendevstack/ods-quickstarters/blob/master/release-manager/files/README.md It looks like a very old version of this: https://www.opendevstack.org/ods-documentation/opendevstack/latest/jenkins-shared-library/orchestration-pipeline.html which has quite a bit more updated useful information.

Shouldn't they have the same content?
