We'll take the bisq website as source, so this is about applying a different color scheme, logos and texts.

Roughly todo:

remove all unnecessary things from header, footer
apply OpenDEX color scheme
change logos, screenshots, icons
host on GH pages, auto-deploy new website version linking to latest release if new opendex-desktop release is tagged
