Preparing data analysis/analysis plan

• [x] define the DEA for it (descriptive explorative analysis)
• [ ] defining the anova models and the sensitivity/post-hoc (if needed)

@charrismatic I add this here - we can move it out here and into our box or drive account also! I suggest we create a separate folder for the data analysis!

and here is a simple post to get read for an Anova in python but we first have to do the descriptive analysis as stated in the md.

@charrismatic I have reviewed the descriptives and the data frames you had prepared for me. Some of the results a are interesting but need more analysis - e.g. the mean difference is not significant as expected but the slope seems to difference -we have to check though (note the anova test and boxplots should also be done on all dependent variables (See sheet above)).

Unfortunately, the 22 variables/metrics defined here (variable sheet above) are not all there (only a subset) - we have to address all variables. I was hoping to use the pre-processed data so that it is easier! Please clarify if I had missed the folder where you add those pre-processed ones but the google sheet does not have all variables.

If you have those metrics and all games in ONE single dataframe please let me know!

@charrismatic the descriptives on key metrics along with mean-difference analysis and survey analysis are overdue! The minimum thing we need to send to Leigh is the descriptive and mean and SD comparison on the metrics that are not yet covered (dr1r2, etc.).
