Final payment procedure #6

We discussed the following changes to the game set-up: 1) move the final payment to the end of the game after the survey (4 screens) 2) add a payment of 20 cents for the survey (fixed payment) to the total pay: total pay is quiz pay (based on success), game pay (based on gam play, and survey (fixed) and participation reward (50 cents)

Decision based on meeting June 11, 2020: 1) We will not move the certificate page. 2) Presentation format: We only adjust the final page of the survey, and display the amount of 20 cents for the completion.
3) Logic: You add payment to survey app of 20 cents only if they complete all questions.
