docker pull carlasim/carla:0.9.10.1 failed, Error response from daemon: Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/": net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)

is there any pratical methods to docker pull carlasim/carla:0.9.10.1? in addition, "What’s the difference between the images: carlasim/carla:0.9.10.1 and the tarball CARLA_0.9.10.1.tar.gz？

Sorry, I am not familiar with the Carla Docker Image, please refer to the Carla Github Repo. I think the image provides the related nvidia drivers,
