[Helm] Kibana cannot be started after upgrade from 1.12.0 to 1.13.x #743

Describe the bug Kibana cannot be started after upgrade opendistro helm chart from 1.12.0 to 1.13.x

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Get new version 1.13.x helm chart
Package helm chart using helm package command
Upgrade helm release using helm upgrade command
Wait for long time enough and open kibana site on chrome
No one show Expected behavior Kibana is started properly and we can login

It was my fault when doing upgrade helm with just modified docker image tag in values.yaml file. So my question here now is what is the proper way to upgrade ELK to new version using helm chart?
