Botan 2.4 includes AES key wrap with padding #367

I just noticed that SoftHSM source includes a patch adding AES key wrap with padding. Just FYI, this was included starting in 2.4 https://botan.randombit.net/manual/keywrap.html though with a somewhat different interface than what your patch provides.
