Documentation on where mplusm and its related components are installed #1

During the workshop, it was hard for me to find Channel Manager on windows. We need an updated wiki or documentation on mplusm.ca on where things are located. What is the structure of the package, how to find the code of a particular repository? and all these needs to go on mplusm.ca

The overview section of the Installation Manual describes where the M+M components are placed for Macintosh OS X - /opt/M+M and /Applications - but the locations for Windows are not described yet.

i'll be putting the compiled channel manager .exe into the windows install package.

one thing to note about the windows package: i've been working off the MPMTestPackage folder structure (as it is on the D:\ of the windows test tower), and so yarp/ace source and compiled libraries are at a particular relative path to MPlusM. this way, as the packaging script is adjusted to include source code/other libs, I assume that they exist there (as opposed to some other arbitrary location). i also think this is cleaner than embedding any of these external dependencies into our MPlusM source folder... i assume no one wanted that anyway, right? :-)
