Subdivision of translation items #63

Translated items have been subdivided to conform to the display of Japanese government applications. English and French have been adjusted to display the same as before. Please check it.

I think it would be good to "match the item name of Remote ID details with the name of the DIPS APP in Japan".

For Remote ID in Japan, GNSS location, manufacturer ID and aircraft owner's ID are required, and other items are optional.

Therefore, many items are "不明". I think that by making it "-" rather than "不明" the other letters will stand out.

AND

PR'd files, all of which are recognized as changes. Is it correct with the new line code and the original?
