Subdivision of translation items #65

( I have corrected it and will pull request again. )

Translated items have been subdivided to conform to the display of Japanese government applications. English and French have been adjusted to display the same as before. Please check it.

Thanks. Yet another good addition to allow the translations to be more fine-grained and accurate.
