Transmitter devices: add DJI Mavic 3 #76

I have inquired with DJI and got confirmation that, as of now, the Mavic 3 is the only DJI drone which supports Remote ID (via WiFi Beacon). I have not had a chance to test it myself yet.

I merged PR #75, so this PR now has conflicts. Would you mind doing the manual conflict resolution? I am currently traveling and don't have a PC/laptop with me.

@janusw we have tested both Mavic 3 and Mini 3 Pro. They both behave same

Alright, great that you can confirm the Mavic 3, @lukasbrchl. I did not see your PR before I opened mine.

So, this PR is mostly obsolete, but maybe the second part can still be applied (adding notes to the add-on table)?
