We should go back and see who added to get consensus. If there are no green checkmarks, then it probably should not qualify to be in this list at all.

It was added by @friissoren in 616eaab5221199bd87857e26e661b85cfc0c74fd. There he added three devices (and I assume all simply based on the information on their websites, since they all contain question marks).

Well, that's also fine, but I'd prefer to keep it like this, since it represents a stronger statement: They claim support for DRI, the device was tested, but does not work as advertised. (I hope it might work somewhere in the future, but unfortunately I don't know when that will be, since my crystal ball is currently broken.)
If we leave it out, it may also mean: No one is aware of that device yet, or no one tested it. Both is not true.
