If it will be easier for you to maintain, we can also merge the Japanese documentation into the main repository. As long as the readme files are with a slightly different name so they don't completely overwrite the English documentation. We can then make a link at the top of the English readme to the Japanese readme.
Of course it might be easier for you to maintain the Japanese documentation in your own fork completely, since you don't have to go through me to get anything approved for merge. Having a link (in Japanese) at the top part of the English readme might still make sense though, to make it easier for people to find your translated pages.
