I have revised it again. We have been providing the Japanese version in a fork repository, but hope to merge it into the master repository so that it can be actively utilized and developed.

Looks fine to me. I have no possibility to check the translations though :-) I do not know any Japanese language.

Would you like to have a short text at the top of each of the English pages like "For documentation in Japanese see " (but written in Japanese, obviously)?

We do not think it is necessary to link to the master branch, as we inform Japanese users as needed. However, if there are similar activities in other languages, please add a link.
