Vegetation sigma default #198

Vegetation sigma is implemented earlier to smooth out vegetation slightly to prevent instability.

However, its default was set at 0.8, which could lead to unwanted smoothening of the vegetation. The default should be set to 0, to prevent any unwanted smoothening of the vegetation.
