Improvements for new release v2.0.2

A few bugs/issues have been identified that willl be part of the next version.

• Incorporate bug fix in removing 1d2d links (already in code)
• remove double partitionfile line in mdu-template
• remove globalid from compulsory columns in ruwheidprofiel, and fix inconsistency in hydroobject.
• align roughness definitions with the definitions in the validation tool. According to the HyDAMO DAMO 2.2 specifications, these frictiontypes can be used:
  • "Bos en Bijkerk","Chezy","Manning","Onbekend","Overig","StricklerKn","StricklerKs","White Colebrook" whereas D-Hydro requires sligthly definitions: ⋄ Chezy: Chézy C [m1/2/s] ⋄ Manning: Manning n [s/m1/3] ⋄ wallLawNikuradse: Nikuradse kn [m] ⋄ WhiteColebrook: Nikuradse kn [m] ⋄ StricklerNikuradse = Nikuradse kn [m] ⋄ Strickler: Strickler ks [m1/3/s] ⋄ deBosBijkerk: De Bos-Bijkerk γ [1/s]

These issues will be implemented soon.
