Add colorpalette of msfd-eutro #7

Add the specially made colorpalette of the msfd-eutro data to the server and config xml

color palette should be added to the palette folder in the service. This should be a .pal file Also change the settings in config xml

added msfd.pal to palettes folder. No further changes needed. Call it with the argument STYLES=boxfill/msfd
