Location of devices and graphs on pop-up window.

Wind

[ ] wind http://opendap.tudelft.nl/thredds/catalog/data2/zandmotor/meteohydro/wind/catalog.html story: arrow turns in time and adjust size depending on magnitude popup with windrose and timeseries (being able to adjust time interval on timeseries and update windrose on the fly)

@SiggyF I can't get Bokeh (bokehjs) to work with npm. Can you help?
