Update the deployment Prometheus using Prometheus operator taken from prometheus-community/kube-prometheus-stack since stable/helm repo is deprecated.
This PR includes the following changes:
- Update the deployment diagram of Prometheus operator using OpenEBS LocalPV device.
- Update the steps by step for Prometheus operator installation
