fix(mayastor): move mayastor content to gitbook (#955) #956

Mayastor documentation is being updated with the latest changes at https://mayastor.gitbook.io/introduction/.

This commit removes the duplicated (and outdated) content from the openebs docs. The links to the mayastor user guide are redirected to mayastor gitbook.
