Fix minor errors in docs

This PR removes hard-coded value in NOTES.txt to help remove formation of wrong commands and other minor fixes in documentation.

Screenshots for changes are:

• Instructions after charts are installed

• Email change made

• Minor change to correct what happen when we are using --set flag in below command. Instead of cStor pools and volumes only cStor volumes will be disabled by the below command

• Case formatting. There were upper case letters in between and lower case letters at the beginning. Hence made proper changes to them
