The endpoint is supposed to indicate which metadata attributes of a collection are missing.

Unfortunately,

it seems to always report a missing title where the collection title is actually present
it often reports a missing description where the collection description is actually present

I think this gets resolved with #111

Cannot reproduce this on the staging system. I assume this is fixed by now.
