Perhaps splitting up functional and non-functional issues / requirements. The latter we could maybe categorize the following (first proposal from UX side):
Accessibility issues
-Contrast ratio
-check tab navigation
Navigation issues
improving navigation flow across website
Responsiveness
-Test for any discrepancy in mobile/tablet
