Analytics Pipeline Pull Request

PROD-332

Updating ansible to latest version as part of SEC update. Apart from ansible update, the following changes were done to fix some quality and test failures:

• isort was updated to the latest version and ran to fix some incorrect import orders
• paramiko was not added as a dependency but code was using it. It has been added in default.in
• azure-storage-blob is pinned because its updates were causing some test failures.
• psycopg2 has been updated to 2.7.1 because the previous version was causing issues with make upgrade
