Rename videos to proper name following the convention - .
Copy the folder in Open edX Vagrant box in /usr/share/nginx/html
Configure nginx to serve videos from a port say (5959)
Modify the URL of NPTEL videos to the local one
Modify youtube URL to local one.

Videos server locally will not face performance issues.
Creating a separate container for serving videos behind web server adds performance issues as a new container is involved to serve videos which are not actually associated with every lab
Serving videos from College Cloud host will result in the change of IP depending on the network of college. As a result of this, URL needs to be modified dynamically.

Videos must be served from Open edX by creating a server block to server videos from 5959 port
Create a folder named videos in /usr/share/nginx/html/
Copy video files with proper naming convention inside videos folder
