IITD not able to open content of Image processing and Computer programming lab on College Cloud #58

When a user logs into Open edX in College Cloud (IITD), he is not able to view the course content after enrolling into the course. Snapshots for the same are attached . img-20170411-wa0008 img-20170411-wa0009 img-20170411-wa0010

Share the admin credentials of college cloud

  1. Open http://vlabs.ac.in:18010/ on browser
  2. Click on sign in button.
  3. E.Mail: xxxx
  4. Passwd: xxxx

Follow the below steps for un- hiding a course in OpenedX studio.

    • Login into Studio
    • Select a Lab
    • From Settings --> Shedule & Details ---> Look for Course Shedule start date ---> change date less than current date. For example : 11-04-2017 < 07-04-2017
    • From Settings-> Advanced Settings, Look for option "Invitation Only".
    • Set "Invitation only" to false.
    • Save changes in studio.
    • Lab will appear in Lab Catalog now.
