Prepare a document for the components of college cloud with memory requirements .

This document contains the information about the recommended systems resources such as RAM, CPUs,etc.. And how much system resources we are allocating to College Cloud edition components such as OpenedX platform, analytics-api container, vlabs-analytics container and other cluster/openvz containers.
