Requirement 3 : Apply basic theming and customization in Open edX

Following screens(assets) are to be demoed -

We are going to use default Stanford theme.

1. Header and footer will be customized.
2. Footer will have links to Virtual labs websites like - community wiki, outreach portal vlabs-dev.
3. Add some image/text on registration page writing something about virtual labs and motivation.
4. Add some image/text on Login page.
5. Fix "terms and conditions link" on registration page of Open edX.
6. Write customized terms and conditions text for TOS.
7. Assign proper emails replacing all @example.com email ids.

Status -

• Points 3, 4, 5, 6 are to be done.
• Point 1 is partially done, as footer not getting rendered properly is to be fixed.
• Point 7 can be fixed in minutes.
