Remove IIT-KHARAGPUR: MECH27 MINE AUTOMATION AND VIRTUAL REALITY lab #44

This lab was found to be not working. Following things are to be done to remove this lab completely from VLABS Open edX. Lab will anyways be available in section "All Labs" .

  1. Remove from VLABS Open edX . Use steps given here .
  2. Remove the Star Symbol from this lab on disciplines page and change the link to now point to non-edx-link.
  3. Remove the Star Symbol from this lab on institutes page and change the link now point to non-edx-link.
