Defect Description : In all the pages that are navigating onclick of all the links in the landing page of open edx, the footer slot is not responsive. This part must be responsive to have the look and feel of the page.

Actual Result : In all the pages that are navigating onclick of all the links in the landing page of open edx, the footer slot is not responsive. When we zoom in and out the few links are over lapping on others and few links are misplacing.

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04, Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM, Processor:i5
