Defect Description : Under the Partner institutes slot, the "IIT Kharagpur" page, In the open edx landing page after including the missed out labs, many of the lab's lecture links are unassigned. Even found that, these lecture links are not given against the concerned lab in vlabs page.

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04, Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM, Processor:i5
