Defect Description : The "Mine Automation and Virtual Reality" lab under the Partner institutes slot, the "IIT Kharagpur" page, is redirecting to the vlabs page. Where as this link should navigate to the Open edx page as this lab has been ported in the open edx.

Actual Result : The "Mine Automation and Virtual Reality" lab under the Partner institutes slot, the "IIT Kharagpur" page, is redirecting to the vlabs page.

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04, Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM, Processor:i5
