Defect Description : The Electronic Instrumentation lab is listed in Electronics & Communications discipline in the open edx portal. Where as this lab is listed under Electrical Engineering discipline in vlabs page

Actual Result : The Electronic Instrumentation lab is listed in Electronics & Communications discipline in the open edx portal.

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04, Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM, Processor:i5

Issue is not yet fixed. Where as the name of the lab is changed to "Electrical Machines Lab".
