Institute name in disciplines section must be linked to proper institute page #162

For example - http://vlabs.ac.in:5959/search_feature/disciplines/ComputerScienceAndEngineering/index.html

IIIT Hyderabad must be clickable and point to http://vlabs.ac.in:5959/search_feature/institutes/IIIT-Hyderabad/

Same is to be done for other institutes.
