This issue is to adding 2017-summer interns information details into info.vlabs.ac.in

Created custom info page for 2017 summer internship page. Added drop down "2017-summer-internship" in theme-header of vlabs.ac.in landing page. Updated IIIT-H labs with "*" mark which is indicated as it's ported on open-edx platform

@kraghupathi please update the above changes on vlabs.ac.in landing page
