QA_OpenEdx_Chemical Engineering_1st and 2nd experiments_Lecture link #23

Defect Description : In the Process Control, Reaction Engineering and Unit Operations Lab and Chemical Engineering Lab of "Chemical Engineering" Discipline in open edx portal, the loading time is too long and finally the link is navigating to an error. And when I opened the link for the second time, then the page is opening with the concerned lecture. Where as the user should be able to open the lecture with one click and with a loading capability.

Actual Result : In the Process Control, Reaction Engineering and Unit Operations Lab and Chemical Engineering Lab of "Chemical Engineering" Discipline in open edx portal, the loading time is too long and finally the link is navigating to an error. And when I opened the link for the second time, then the page is opening with the concerned lecture.

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04, Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM, Processor:i5

The issue is fixed. Both the links are working on click. Where both the lecture links are redirecting to the same page. Seems the link is relating to "Process Control, Reaction Engineering and Unit Operations Lab".
