Defect Description : In the Open Edx portal, the Mechanics of machine Lab, under the "Mechanical Engineering" discipline, the order of the sections are ported incorrectly. The "Target Audience, Prerequisites and courses required" sections are given after the list of experiments. Where as these sections needs to give after the lab's introduction section.

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04, Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM, Processor:i5

Issue could not be tested as the issue is related to #31.

Porting of the sections is done according to the institute order.
