Defect Description : In the Open Edx portal, the Machine Dynamics & Vibration Lab, under the "Mechanical Engineering" discipline, the order of the sections are ported incorrectly. The "Target Audience, Prerequisites and courses required" sections are given after the list of experiments. Where as these sections need to come after the lab's introduction section.

Actual Result : In the Open Edx portal, the Machine Dynamics & Vibration Lab, under the "Mechanical Engineering" discipline, the order of the sections are ported incorrectly. The "Target Audience, Prerequisites and courses required" sections are given after the list of experiments.

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04, Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM, Processor:i5
