Defect Description : In the Partner Institute slot of Open edx landing page, the IIIT Hyderabad lab's list both the Circular Dichroism Spectroscopy and the Artificial Neural Networks labs are repeated twice in the list of labs. Where as the labs should be listed once to maintain the consistency of the page.

Actual Result : In the Partner Institute slot of Open edx landing page, the IIIT Hyderabad lab's list both the Circular Dichroism Spectroscopy and the Artificial Neural Networks labs are repeated twice in the list of labs.

Environment : OS: Windows 7, Ubuntu-16.04, Centos-6 Browsers: Firefox-42.0,Chrome-47.0,chromium-45.0 Bandwidth : 100Mbps Hardware Configuration:8GBRAM, Processor:i5
