Description

Under the issue https://github.com/openedx/edx-repo-health/issues/405, adding the option to run the script of repo health artifact within the reusable workflow so it will be available to community as an artifact as well.

@feanil I'm currently testing some final changes. Will ping you again once the PR is ready for review now.

Moved the artifact generation step in the reusable workflow as well so it will be available for the community. Tested the change through the fork in custom build which passed successfully and artifacts were created as expected.
