We need to update the github action secret PACT_FLOW_ACCESS_TOKEN containing the access token for Pactflow (that is used for Contract Based Testing). It was added in #125 previously. It just needs to be updated. I have updated the access token on Keeper which was shared with @ormsbee. It is not very urgent as our CI flow is working fine so it can be done later.

Reasoning

The access token belongs to a my user account which must be changed to the system account in Pact Flow so that all the CI transactions must be labeled with the system user instead of my personal user.
