Discovery: Reconcile Opencraft's work on MFE Theming with 2U initiatives

Following from the UX stakeholder meeting (https://github.com/openedx/tcril-engineering/issues/477), make sure that OpenCraft (via Kshitij) and 2U stakeholders are discussing ways to reconcile each other's work on modular theming.

There was an initial meeting to discuss this: see meeting notes for details.

Action items:

• Further conversation will take place in the #paragon-working-group Slack channel.
• Adam will start whipping up a PR for an ADR, where further discussion/review can take place around 2U's proposal.
• Kshitij will review the 2U Design Token document, after which another sync-up meeting will be scheduled.
