Created https://github.com/orgs/openedx/teams/paragon-triage with triage access to paragon, and invited the requested users!

@arbrandes [inform] It looks like the "Triage" access level still doesn't allow the Raccoon Gang engineers (or the designers we added) to manage the project board. According to the Github docs, managing the board (e.g., moving issues between columns, linking PRs to issues so they auto-close when merged, etc.) is only possible with "Write" access unfortunately.

They are able to add issues to the "To Do" column of the board, add labels, and assign users to issues but can't do much more beyond that, which unfortunately means all the board management will have to fall back to me. Viktor is currently working with Raccoon Gang to consider whether it makes sense for him to become an official Core Contributor, especially if that's the only path to have access to manage the board without my explicit support 😄
