These are two new repositories created and maintained by myself for the following purposes:
event-bus-redis is being used for development or the redis event bus in FC-0008 by OpenCraft.
tutor-contrib-ralph is part of the OARS analytics project to wrap the Ralph LRS by OpenFUN for development and deployment in Tutor.
Groups will be created for writers and maintainers for each repository, and permissions will be granted to Navin and Fox from OpenCraft on event-bus-redis to do the necessary work for that project.
