docs: Add some diagrams to show the contribution process. #381

@mphilbrick211 I'm not sure where the best place is to put this so I put them on the maintainers home page for now but we can move it as it makes sense. I also think that the timeline view is pretty inaccurate and it would be good to put more realistic day numbers for the different parts of the review process. Let me know what you think.
