Was the text "Feature-Based Release Notes" meant to be a hyperlink? If yes, could you please provide the url?
As a side note, it seems like a different approach was taken with the Redwood release notes. I used to be able to find all the details I needed to know about new features/changes directly in the release notes but now it seems that they live somewhere else (e.g. open edx wiki) and the release notes link out to those sites instead. Will this be the direction with release notes going forward?
