Update installation information #2251

Native and Devstack are no longer supported

I know I need to delete:

/home/runner/work/edx-documentation/edx-documentation/en_us/install_operations/source/installation/devstack.rst: WARNING: document isn't included in any toctree /home/runner/work/edx-documentation/edx-documentation/en_us/install_operations/source/installation/native_installation.rst: WARNING: document isn't included in any toctree

but apparently can't do in the GitHub UI. I will do so before merge.
